Another bird from Tajikistan last week (2 Viewers)

These are the only two photos I was able to get of this bird, which was quite distant. I originally figured it was yet another juvenile Northern Wheatear, but I'm wondering about the possibility of Tawny Pipit or something else I haven't considered. It is very light and the bill is very light...but on the other hand, young Tawny Pipits appear to be fairly heavily patterned. So I'm just not sure here.
