Bird Watching in Dominican Republic - info needed (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I have ben trying to locate a guide to possibly take me out birding for a day or half day in the Punta Cana region of the Dominican Republic. I of course am willing to pay for this service.

I will be arriving on Nov. 15 and departing Nov.29.

Anyone know of such an individual?

Also if anyone has birded in this area before I would really appreciate a list of species seen and any info you might be able to offer about birding in the area.

I realize the best birding is in the SW part of the country but this I'm afaird is not an option.

This is a very late request but I just came upon this site and realized a may have some members who could help me.

Thanks
