birds not eating (1 Viewer)

my feeders have been filled on a daily basis until last week. Have not changed the seed type and seed is kept in the house in a bin. Now only a very few birds are eating. Many varieties had visited and are seen in the yard and trees. Have also noticed that the birdhouses are not occupied.

My feeders are under sheding and no new animals in the vacinity. The temperature is normal for Birmingham, Alabama area. Any ideas?

Also, the new Walmart thistle seed sock has been a complete waist of time. No visitors there at all since it was put up. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. reach me at [email protected] Thanks,

Most of our winter visitors seem to have left. The remaining birds are visiting frequently but hardly touching our feeders. I think they're finding plenty of food elsewhere, which is normal in the spring. They are drinking our water, though.
