Tl;DR Good butterfly guide to Europe?

I ordered the collins butterfly guide off amazon the other day and its arrived but slightly damaged and with what looks like a printing problem on page 51. The 2nd brood green veined whites look like big pixelly blocks of cream!

I'm going to be returning the book and wanted to know if anyone on here had any reccomendations. I wasn't too impressed with the plates on this, they looked fairly grainy to me, and there are a couple of obvious errors so I wondered if before returning it anyone had any recommendations for a guide to the butterflies of europe? I had the richard lewington guide to butterflies of Britain and Ireland and thought it a very good book but lost it on the bus :( and am looking for a replacement to cover the whole of Europe. Any suggestions are very welcome.
