hello again, i have very little experience identifying insects of any kind but i saw this very gorgeous butterfly on my walk today and wanted to know if anyone could figure out what it is

picture was taken 5/21/23 in eastern Massachusetts, United States

it had a blueish tint in the right light, pale spots on the dorsal side of the wings and orangeish spots on the ventral side
secondary(?) wings have little protrusions that make me think it's some kind of swallowtail, but again i know very little about butterflies
