I'm almost certain this is Black-billed over Yellow-billed but can't definitively rule out immature Yellow-billed. Is anyone able to call it for sure?

Yes black-billed. The undertail pattern is the clearest pointer perhaps. Tweaking the contrast would make this plainer, but we can see the white is restricted to feather tips. (Also bill shape, and there's a hint of the red eye ring.)
