Feeding garden birds (1 Viewer)

Hi all
Can anyone tell me if uncooked, unsoaked maple peas are ok to feed my garden birds or should they be soaked ok cooked? I have a few pigeons and collar doves visiting regularly aswell as magpies, starlings, tits, sparrows and a wren that pops round occasionally.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I had to google maple peas. What does it say on the package?
Yea I googled aswell but it wasn't very helpful. I don't have the package anymore, they are loose in a large bucket, I had them for fishing but wondered if I could use them up for bird food.
