2cy spring based on the pointed (if worn) tail feathers?
the photo is against the sun, so I'm not sure if the colour of the tail feathers can be used to confidently determine the sex
I've seen a fledgling close to this nest (though on another tree), so what is shown may be feeding, not necessarily incubation (I read somewhere that females carry out incubation duties, but this may not be the case)
(up to two different birds may be photographed--in picture 1 and in pictures 2-3)
