Don't know if I am doing this correctly. It was more patience than luck. I stood around for about half and hour and took about a dozen videos before this Green Heron did anything to spice up the video.

 
Very neat! I don't think of them as insectivorous, but I'm sure they would take flying ones given the chance. Aquatic ones for sure, too.
