Hey everybody nice to meet you all. I am an American on the East Coast who is a casual birder. I got into birding ever since I "saved" some baby cardinals from getting their nest chopped down when we were trimming our bushes and watched them grow from fledglings to adults. Now I have a feeder and a yard with a lot of visitors such as rabbits, squirrels, and the nightly racoon. My favorite birds would have to be the flock of doves that frequents my platform feeder.
