not a great shot, but the only one, Is this a Emberiza Personata or Spodocephala, the Maller stripe leans towards to firs.
taken on 23.3.23 in the Japanese Alps

Looks good for male ad. Masked Bunting, I would think.
But as Pete, I don't have experience with Black-faced, and only a few Masked.
