How susceptible are downy woodpeckers to salmonella? (1 Viewer)

I've found many websites talking about salmonella, listing birds that are very susceptible, and those that are somewhat susceptible. Downy woodpeckers are never mentioned at all. Does anyone know for sure?

From Cornell, almost most birds that feed from feeders are susceptible. Thankfully all my woodies eat from the suet feeder so hopefully that keeps them safe.
