Please id this pewee. I'm between greater pewee and western wood pewee.

I tend to agree with previous commenter. Although the angle isn't great to see the head shape, the lower mandible doesn't look orange to me, and Greater Pewee doesn't have such a strongly vested appearance. Photo is a Greater Pewee wintering in a Tucson park.
