Leucism Stock Dove ?(UK)

Is this a Stock dove with Leucism ?

Generally hanging around with what I thought was stock doves which comes to the feeders to hover up on the grass. Maybe they are Feral Pigeons

Looks more like a domestic/feral (ultimately Rock) pigeon type to me. Stock doves are similar in size and structure to domestic/feral pigeons but the head and bill are somewhat more like Woodpigeon, and they are *very* "plain" looking - only a very tiny bit of dark bar on the wings as opposed to the full wingbars of wild-type rock dove (and often even more dark markings in domestic/feral types).
