Micro-adjusting Canon Rebel T3i/EOS 600D focus (1 Viewer)

Dear all,

I have got a canon EF 400mm F5.6L lens for my Canon Rebel T3i/EOS 600D. It produces great results but sometimes tend to front-focus on the subject. Is there any way I can micro-adjust my camera focus to suit this? How do I perform such functions?

I am afraid that this is not possible on your camera without sending it to Canon for calibration. If it is under warranty then you should surely consider it.

This is, of course, if you are sure that it front focuses and it is not because of user error.
To test you should use a tripod and target a stationary target (a focus testing chart or a large ruler at 45 degrees).
