Need hawk ID for CBC, Harlingen, TX, USA (1 Viewer)

We watched this hawk for 10-15 minutes and only had these 2 views at some distance. I notice the flat head and short protrusion of the bill, color seems uniform all around except for the barring on breast and tail. Thank you.?Hawk-2.jpg?Hawk.jpg
 
Thank you. We did see 2 separate Cooper's Hawks during the day but no Sharpies, although that doesn't mean none were around. We knew the lighting and distance would make for a challenging ID.
