All Turtle Doves to Turtle-Doves and all Collared Doves to Collared-Doves. Almost everyone writes them with hyphen (although H&M doesn't).
Same with the Cuckoo-Doves. There even H&M agree on the hyphen.
As you suspected, I had made an error, which is now corrected. Looking into Opus, the same must have been the case for Black-and-White Owl which I have also corrected (I cannot remember if I did this one originally).
I continue with the rest of the B&W birds. The only iffy one is
Page "Black and White Shrike Flycatcher" moved to "Black-and-white Shrike-Flycatcher".
The form I chose is only used by H&M while Clements and S&M use lower case "f" in flycatcher. As this species belongs to a group which in the linear sequence is between "old world flycatchers" and "fantails" and the group itself has several members named "Flycatcher" (e.g., Ward's Flycatcher), I concluded that the H&M form is more likely to be correct. If anyone knows better, I am ready to change again.
Page "Yellow-whiskered Bush Tanager" moved to "Short-billed Bush Tanager".
Clements and H&M agree on Short-billed; even if they disagree on a hyphen after Bush, which I have chosen to leave alone for now but just make redirects for the hyphenated form.

I will continue with the Pygmy-Owls at a later time.
Consensus S&M with Clements. H&M either disagrees or has not recognized the species.

Edit: and that should be the rest of the pygmy-owls.
