Panama ID Please (1 Viewer)

I am revisiting a collection made a few years ago and updating the ID's of about 100 pictures. Most not a problem but cannot find this one. Can you helpPanama_232.jpg
 
probably Black-crowned Antshrike.

Please indicate where the photo was taken. Although Panama is "small", it's a point of major faunal interchange and the north coast fauna is different to the south too.
