Pine Siskins, and ?? Moab, UT USA (1 Viewer)

Hi, all.

Today, while I was at work, my husband took photos out the kitchen window of our feathered visitors. He is NOT a birder, but he loves my camera. I take pictures of them every day, hoping for new visitors, so he wanted to make me happy, and not let me miss a day. :)

I have a couple of pine siskins here, who are 'regulars', and then this other bird. Using my bird book and the internet, I have tentatively identified it as a winter female American Goldfinch. Whatever it is, it is NOT one of my 'regulars'.

Can anyone confirm this ID, or suggest a different one?

Thanks,

Katie

It looks like a Goldfinch to me. Here is a pic of a Goldfinch along with a few Siskens at one of my feeders.
