Red-shouldered Hawks? Mexico (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Seems to me these are Red-shouldered Hawks--not Broad-winged, as a friend suggested. Pattern on tail and translucent crescent at base of primaries look right for RSH. Any other opinions? Baja California, February 18.
