Rough-legged Buzzard central Sweden 7th October? (1 Viewer)

I'm fairly sure that this is a Rough-legged Buzzard but I like to see the white inner tail above to be sure and I didn't today. I think it's probably a juvenile because of the buff in the wings. Am I correct?

Yes - lovely looking individual. Also note the even aged flight feathers, indicating a juvenile.
