Siskin or Serin in Salzburg, Austria? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I observed a couple of these birds twittering vigorously and fluttering around each other in a courtyard in downtown Salzburg. Unfortunately I only captured the very end of the observation with this poor video. Is it IDable?
