Small mystery, Western Australia (1 Viewer)

Unable to focus the video on this small bird in a bush by Richmond Lake, Rockingham, south of Perth in late January. He kept making a chit, chit sound as he flitted about the bush and had a reddish gape when beak opened.

Also see my response to other post....and forgot to mention the reddish gape which I haven't shown in the attached pics but is clearly visible on the video.
