Bird seen on muddy shore of a reed-covered island in the middle of a park pond. Plenty of RW Blackbirds and Grackles and Starlings and House Finches about, but I don't think this is a female Redwing or a House Finch. Have seen White-crowned and Chipping Sparrows in brush about 1/2 km away.
