Sparrowhawk? South London, UK. (1 Viewer)

Good morning everyone. A good friend of mine living in Balham, South London photographed this in his garden using his iPhone and a pair of binoculars and texted it to me to ask what it is. My thoughts are that it's a female sparrowhawk. Would you guys agree, or not? Thanks.

Thank you, I'll let him know. I did wonder if it was a juvenile but it looked so much like an adult female in a picture I'd seen I went with that to begin with.
