Two birds, Panamint Springs, Death Valley National Park, CA, USA (1 Viewer)

These images were of two birds, two different angles for each bird. They were taken 18 April 2014 at Panamint Springs, Death Valley National Park, California. The Warbler? was about 0930 a.m. and the Flycatcher? was about 10:00 a.m. PDT.

All assistance is appreciated.

The flycatcher looks like an Ash-throated, with that all dark bill that's too big for an empid or a pewee, but still small for a myiarchus flycatcher.
