My first thought was yellow tyrannulet. I think I see some of the upper yellow wingbar, for example. Ideally we'd want some other photos to be sure...

I think I see some of the upper yellow wingbar

= the long pale yellowish line on the wing? That seems to run at c. 90° to where a wing-bar would be and is, I'd guess, pale wing-edge - with the dark line beneath it being shadow below that edge.
Tail-tip looks as though it might well be graduated?

Greetings from Costa Rica. It's indeed Yellow Tyrannulet. This species presents faint wing bars. Another main feature is the beak as shown in the image.
