Vortex 10x25 & 8x25 & Field of View
I was browsing the Vortex site & found this info on their Solo Monocular 8x25 & 10x25:
10x25 - 14.5 mm 16.4' 315' / 6°
8x25 - 15 mm, 16.4' 378' / 7.2°
The last number refers to Field of View 1000 Yards / Degrees
How can the 8x25 have a larger/farther FOV over the larger 10x25?
I should say that I have the 10x25 & while I really like it I think it may be a bit too shaky at that magnification & I am really considering buying the 8x25 to see if it's any better.
