A Similar customer service experience to what I received from Zeiss occurred with Vortex. I was about to purchase a used Viper bino and asked vortex for information on the serial number. The bino was listed without any extras So I also asked Vortex where I could get a case, rainguard and objective covers. They said to contact them if i proceeded with the purchase, which I subsequently did. A shipping confirmation arrived the next day. Vortex shipped it all with a vortex cap free of charge.
