What kind of plover is this? (1 Viewer)

There was a more obvious black-bellied plover nearby...could this be one as well? A juvenile, perhaps? This was on San Juan Island in Washington State. Thanks!

Assuming this was taken in the last few days (it's important always to give the date)...
Black-bellied plover. Much too early for a juvenile - but it might well be a 1-year-old hanging about well south of the breeding grounds and acquiring only partial breeding plumage.

And do you happen to know what kind of sandpipers are here? All of these were taken on the same day (4/8/22) in the same area (Jakle's Lagoon on San Juan Island). I'm guessing Western...?

Look more like dunlin to me. I think would appear even smaller with clearly shorter bills than this if Western.
