Which to choose Canon A650 IS or Canon TX1 (1 Viewer)

Vari-angled LCD camera is needed for my straight Kowa spotting scope. This is use to shot birds where they are nearly above the head.

I am interested in the continous speed 2.2 fps and HD movie from TX1 but a bit expensive compare to A650. I also do not know if it is good for digiscoping purpose.

At the moment I already have Nikon P5100 for as I would say for eye-level shooting.

Any advice. Thanks in advance.
