- Tail has a black band and white tip
- Iris yellow to brown
- Bill black
Distribution
Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, southwest China, Thailand and Indochina, Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo, Palawan, Java, Bali.
