Mallorca 2013 (1 Viewer)

Hi ppewan. Yes, there are a few Rock sparrows resident in Mallorca but I think they are declining and there are now only a couple of reliable sites. Cap Blanc is the best site and they can be seen on the edge of the rocks or at the few drinking pools along the walk. Park at the Lighthouse and walk either way although West is the favoured direction. They may be up to a couple of kilometers away but it is worth it, lovely birds they are and now very scarce indeed. Good luck! Mike

Great photos as usual Steve, you were lucky to get that close and enjoy those stunning views. Thanks for all the photos throughout the year, best wishes, Mike

Thanks
