Female Northern Cardinal
I try to give you guys some variety of my pictures and this lovely female Cardinal came up. I haven't posted a female Northern Cardinal since September of last year. I think she looks precious. I regret posting yesterday's photo (you ever do that?) it wasn't very colorful at all.

Replying to your post on my pic, I also find the Butter-butts quite the bullies.

The colors here are odd. You see we have cold weather and then warm weather and it's like we don't really have seasons however this winter I believe in my humble opinion has been a little bit more aggressive on the chilly side. So some of our trees stay green like our pines and I have one tree the sweet gum that drops leaves all around the year.
Those odd colors sure did make this one hell of a photo! Top notch my friend!

She is a real sweetheart. Great frontal close-up view showing excellent eye contact with a head turn. First-class Daniel!

I did enjoy seeing these on our visits - particularly the female! Tfs Daniel.

She has the sort of face that just makes you smile with that dinky little crest that she seems very proud of - Great image 🙂

Aaaaw!!!! I love that contemplative pose you've caught Daniel.

That's a marvellous picture my friend. Many thanks lad.

Now't wrong with the sparrow from yesterday. They are very attractively marked and we don't see them coming in too often. You'd miss them if they disappeared, wouldn't you!!? ;)
