Green-winged Teal

Anas crecca

While we were visiting Green Cay Wetlands, near Boynton Beach, Florida we saw some Green-winged Teals. I believe that this is among the first pictures that I have ever taken of them.This Teal was busy preening and paid little attention to me allowing me to get in a good position for a nice picture.
