I remembered to click for once!
Last night we went to Loch of the Lowes for a change and watched the little un being fed (albeit on the screen - you can't see into the nest cup from the hide).

There wasn't an awful lot else on the water but there were a few Great Crested Grebes. This one decided to take off as I was trying to focus on it and I remembered to press the button - usually I'm too surprised to do anything LOL.

Not the best picture of a bird, but I love the water splashes! It was quite a distance off.

Not bad at all D. They sure are powerful aren't they? To create that kind of water disturbance.

Glad you clicked! I too tend to get startled into inaction, then a microsecond later I think "Darn! I should have snapped that." But too late.
