Paul,
Perhaps a Mount's Bay pelagic might be considered? Not on the "Sickonian" though please!
Went looking for the elusive Connor Downs Turtle Dove again on Tuesday. Cycled 5 miles and spent ages looking around & getting freezing cold with no success. Plenty of Collared Doves near the builders.
Anyway cycled back, got cold again (and knackered going up the hills) only to find out it reappeared around the time I was there or just after!
Very frustrating!
Had to go several times to Drift for the last one, before I connected with it but at least it was warmer and I wasn't cycling.
Am I reading the website correctly - i.e. there are no flights to the islands from October to March. Has it always been like that - I was sure people flew during October?
Could do with some help with funds for the printing of this years Rare and Scarce Bird report!!

Why not let people pay in advance for it? Or a special deal for 2010, 2011 and 2012 ? £30 for all three ??
