Training at Carl Zeiss
We want to be successful. That is why the training of young people is a tradition in our company, and one which we value highly.
With our training opportunities we offer interested school leavers the chance to prepare themselves for the job market of tomorrow. For technical career paths the training takes place in the specially equipped training workshop. Naturally the trainees are supported by an experienced training team throughout their training period.
Currently over 35 trainees are undergoing training at Carl Zeiss Sports Optics GmbH.

Internships at Carl Zeiss
Young people at the start of their working lives find that internships give them valuable insights into the professional world.
We offer internships both in lower and higher level education and enable our interns to acquire practical skills in the relevant specialist departments. Not only do they get to watch experienced employees, they are also actively involved in the work itself.
Content of the internship
The different internship sections are organised individually.
Duration
The internship lasts for 3-6 months.
They take this sort of thing very seriously in Germany.
