Willow tit or Marsh Tit? (1 Viewer)

It was at Rufford Country Park in Nottinghamshire. I went there for Hawfinches, I did see a few but only for a minute or two before they flew off, but I was speaking to a man who said he came to Rufford to see the Willow Tit. If this is it I'm unsure.

Thanks for your help.

Tiny (can’t see it) bib, no pale wing panel, small headed and very clean looking to the underparts.......

Cheers
