Aquila species in Tajikistan, 27 February (1 Viewer)

This eagle doesn't seem to map neatly onto the illustrations or descriptions of any of the three Aquila sp. it's likely to be (Imperial, Golden, Steppe). In particular, the light leading edge of the underwings makes me think this must be a subadult. The very pale nape and cap, which seems to match and blend together with that leading edge, makes me suspect Imperial Eagle. I was never able to get a view of the bird's scapulars. I'd appreciate any input.
