Duck ID - Tobago (1 Viewer)

The duck in the attached photos was seen in a pond in Bon Accord, Tobago on Saturday 2nd December. Also in the pond were Black - bellied Whistling ducks, White - cheeked Pintails, Lesser Scaups, a singular Northern Pintail, Least Grebes and Common Gallinules.

I appreciate assistance with identification.

Looks like a Green-winged Teal. Small, unicolored bill, fairly plain face, and especially the little buffy mark next to the tail base.
