Extension Tubes (1 Viewer)

I know this question was posed in November last year but the answers tended to drift off the point. There is conflicting information out there regarding the use of Kenko auto extension tubes and Nikon lenses. The manufactures website gives information that is totally incorrect on the use of tubes anyway, but does state that they are incopatable with Silent Wave lenses. Can anyone confim this from experience and does this also apply to Sigma Lenses with HSM motors.

Anthony, I have a set of Kenko auto extension tubes and use them with my AF-S 70-200VR and my AF-S 300 with complete success, metering etc is all okay
The EXIF info doesn't show that a tube has been used.
Attached is one I took last week using the one of the tubes
Regards
Steve
