Herring or Lesser Black-backed Gull? Germany (1 Viewer)

Calling the Gullers,
I'm having a hard time deciding whether this is a 2nd winter Herring Gull L. argentatus or a 1st winter Lesser Black-backed Gull L. fuscus intermedius. It could also be a 1st winter Herring. Your opion ist most appreciated. Oh yes, it was on the Elbe NE of Hamburg, Germany, near the coast 2 weeks ago

looks like a 2nd winter -> summer herring gull. bulky body, overgrown upper mandible, pale irides.
