Gulls in juvenile plumage always catch me out. I'm thinking Lesser Black Back (Larus fuscus) or Herring (Larus argentatus). Any suggestions please

Herring Gull, on structure (broad wings, strong bill) and pale inner primaries - you can just see the darker subterminal blobs and paler "moons" towards base, near primary tips.
