Ok so renamed for 11.2 - my post above was the content of the 11.1 master file.

I look forward to what is going to be stated as the range for all these combinations of what could possibly being occuring in SE Asia.,

What I'm wondering about is whether those SE Asian winter records of "Himalayan" Buzzard are refectus or burmanicus. Accounts claiming that refectus is merely a short-distance migrant would imply the latter. Anyone aware of analysis here?
In Southeast Asia, the most numerous non-breeding visitor is burmanicus by a considerable distance, with vulpinus also occurring in far fewer numbers, as far south as Singapore. The taxon refectus is more of an altitudinal migrant within the Himalayan realm.
