Leica Trinovid BN diopter problem (1 Viewer)

I sent my 8 x 42 bns in,and they boosted the dioptric levels,so that i could infinity focus,w my crappy 4.25 eyes.
I want More binos,but what i need,is cataract surgery.
Perhaps,i dont even need binos,at all!???
SHOULD I KEEP BUYING MORE BINOS???
