Sandwich (Cayenne) tern? Aruba, December 2023 (2 Viewers)

This particular tern (immature/non breeding plumage?) was at Baby beach, Aruba with several hundred royal and sandwich terns. The size is smaller than a royal tern, almost similar to the sandwich terns nearby with the yellow and black bill.
I went through what I could find on Eurasian, Cabott and Cayenne sandwich terns, and to me it looks like a cayenne subspecies.
Any thoughts?
