Soaring Expeditions Mongolia (1 Viewer)

I have had Soaring Expeditions recommended to me for a forthcoming trip to Mongolia and their package does seem to be the best value for a trip where mammals, especially snow leopard and Pallas's cat are the priority. Has any one used them and got any thoughts? They are very slow at answering emails. Now I do realise that they are probably on trips with no internet but it does worry me slightly that they don't have any one to answer questions. I would love to hear from anyone who has used them and what your experience was like.
