Identification help please. I was hoping someone would be able to narrow this on structure. I'd be really curious to hear your thought process if you happen to have the time. I've also posted a YouTube link with audio of it's call.

Tail-pattern seems to knock out everything except red-shouldered hawk. There are hints of the appropriate pale patches across the primaries.
Thanks! I was looking at the tail pattern in Cooper's and sharped-shined that all looked similar to my novice eye's. I'll have to take a closer look to differentiate. Appreciate you taking the time to share your observation, really helps me focus in on pertaining details.
 
Wing/tail proportions look wrong for any North American Accipiter, and the narrow pale tail-bands are also wrong.
