We have had the lone male COMMON REDPOLL on March 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. * It probably was here on the 2nd and I missed it!
Hello!
I'm Arnau, a big fan of bird watching.
I leave my bird feeders web in the Catalonia (Spain). In this year a lot of Carduelis spinus and others have visited.
Sorry for my ridicul english :/

We've a stream at the end of the garden where, last Spring, two Wrens built a nest which was sadly destroyed by flooding following the torrential rain. This is the first time I've looked down there this year and would you believe it:

This shot is within 6 feet of where their nest was last year so this is possibly one of the two birds who were flooded out. Great to see this bird, I just hope that if they build a nest in the same place they don't suffer the same fate.
Thats impressive :t::t:

Baeutiful sight, CB. I checked almost all of them out with binos in case there was a Bohemian Waxwing among them. But no luck!

Spotted this little Yellowhammer in the garden just below the feeders at station 1 this morning first one of the year.
Sorry about the quality as it was very dull and the window was a little steamed up.
Hungover, wet slushy snow falling outside, and I've still to go out and fill the feeders.
Oh dear :-C
